The Shopping Cart

The shopping Cart stores your selections until you are ready to check out. It works just like a cart in a store. While you are still browsing, it will hold the items you wish to purchase. You may review what you have put in your shopping cart whenever you wish. It keeps track of how many items you´ve selected as you continue to shop. From the shopping cart, you will also be able to update the quantities of any item, either adding or removing.

If you leave the site without checking out, your shopping cart will retain your selections. However, the next time you come to visit Wholesale Makeup Brushes, the items may no longer be available. Because we sell items of limited quantities, we urge you to purchase your items during that visit to avoid being disappointed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

It´s not easy to make a purchasing decision when all you have in front of you is a computer, a pretty picture and a description. We work hard to provide all the information you need to make sure you´re happy with each and every purchase. If we have not properly described an item, please email us within 3 days of receiving your package. Any request will be handled on a case by case basis and the reason the return is being requested. Sorry, buyer´s remorse does not qualify for consideration. Items that have been used are not eligible for a return authorization. Please ask all questions about sizing before purchasing.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. If, however, you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order. This does not apply to shipping damage. We offer you the opportunity to purchase shipping insurance and if damage happens in shipping that is your only recourse. Please consider purchasing insurance for your own protection as we are not responsible for damage after the package leaves our hands. There are no refunds or returns on clearance items. If you receive an item you believe was not accurately described, please contact us. Each request is considered on its merit.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will receive an email with details on your order. You may chose to receive a full refund with an apology or you may chose to wait for the item to become available. You may also select another item of equal, greater or lesser value. Adjustments will be made accordingly.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is our utmost concern. We will never share, sell, rent or give away any private data. All information collected during the checkout process is confidential and only for the purpose of filling your order. We may need to contact you concerning your order but when the order is completed, your sensitive information is permanently deleted. All data processed thru our shopping cart is done on a secure server using 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. We do not store credit card information on our server.

Mailing List-Newsletter

You may opt-in for our mailing list and/or newsletter. That can be cancelled at any time. We will only notify you of new merchandise or specials we might offer on products of interest to you. You may opt-in when you create your account or at any time thru My Account: Email Notifications section. From time to time, we may have important tips on brush care or the newest trends and styles. That would be sent in a newsletter form and just FYI. You will not receive bothersome emails or solicitations. Your email address is never shared or sold under any circumstances to anyone.
